If you need to submit a design or company logo to Different Thoughts please do the following:


1.) Send an e-mail to proofs@differentthoughts.com with your name as the subject heading.

2.) Attach the file(s) to the e-mail.

3.) Type the name of the file(s) (graphic/logo) in the body of the e-mail and list the item number or item description you have ordered in which the graphic shall be placed on, as well as the location of it on the item. If color is applicable for the graphic, also mention which color to be used.

4.) Do the same for other items. Please be as clear as possible.

5.) If you remain with questions or still need help, please contact us.

6.) Don't have a digital image of your logo? You can mail us your logo and we can make it digital at no charge. However, touch-up fees will apply.

Note: If you are submitting a photograph to be engraved you must keep in mind that all pictures are engraved in grayscale and not in color. (See an example.) Typically photographs don't need to be touched-up. Also, if your logo or design contain any noise or clarity problems, an additional set up charge will apply, however you will be contacted to authorize the charge before we proceed to engrave. Please note, any type of necessary manipulation to your graphic will be part of a set up charge. If your design requires additional attention, once we receive it we can estimate the cost and notify you before proceeding. Please read our terms of sale for further detail.
